Worker’s Day Celebrations

Worker’s Day was celebrated on 1^st May,2015 to pay tribute to our working staff.

The students of class 12c prepared fun-filled videos for the workers and organised a game of Musical Chairs for them.

Not only this,captivating dance and singing performances were presented and handmade cards were made by the students as a token of gratitude towards the workers.

Swearing In Ceremony

The Investiture Ceremony was held on the 17^TH April,2015 for the swearing in of the new school cabinet.The cabinet members from class 12c include:

Joint Assembly

A joint assembly was held in the auditorium to welcome the new batch of class 11 and celebrate the festivals of Baisakhi and Ambedkar Jayanti.The assembly was organised by class12c under the aegis og ma’am Nilofer,our class teacher.

A motivational speech was given to  apprise class 11 of the various challenges which stood before them,followed by a delightful speech on the festival of Baisakhi and an informative eulogy on the works of Dr.B.R.Ambedkar.

Educational Tour-Cum-Picnic

Venue: Virasat-E-Khalsa,Anandpur Sahib
     A total of 99 students(44 from class XII-C) accompanied by six teachers visited the Virasat-E-Khalsa Museum and the Gurudwara at Anandpur Sahib on November13,2014.Leaving school at 7 a.m the group reached Anandpur Sahib at 9:30 a.m and had breakfast at the Museum Cafe.This was followed by a guided tour of the Heritage site.A visit to the Gurudwara was next.Lunch was again  at the cafe,music and dance followed till 4:15 p.m.Then the group boarded their buses to return to school at 6:15 p.m.It was a memorable and fun filled trip for Class XII.

International Sports Day 

This day was celebrated with a book race in which the class participated enthusiastically. The winners were:

The School Feast Day Celebrations

The Class was in charge of the School Feast Day programme held on July 15, 2014. The programme began with a prayer followed by a play based on the history of the Apostolic Carmel Congregation. Important milestones in shaping of this order were highlighted with a special emphasis on the life of Simon Stock. This was followed by some lively dances and songs. A quiz and chart making competition  were also organized to celebrate this special day. 

   

Class Assembly

The class conducted the assembly for the week starting April 21, 2014, the theme was "Earth Day" and "Staying Healthy in Summer" . The students emphasized the need for preserve the earth and its resources. They also provided valuable and practical tips on staying healthy during the summer months.
